Carrie Kerskie, identity theft expert and author of Your Public Identity; Because Nothing is Private Anymore, works with victims of identity theft in the restoration process and she will describe exactly what cybersecurity is, as well as discuss liability issues for law firms when there is a data breach, the current threats that are being used against law firms and individuals, detail how to prevent a data breach, as well as how to plan for a response if there is a data breach. Questions from the audience are encouraged! This program has been approved by the Florida Bar for one technology CLE credit.
