1. Blackened tenderloin tips (seared with Cajun spices, served with béarnaise and barbeque sauce and mashed potatoes)
2. Maryland crab cake (pan seared and served with fresh steamed asparagus)
3. Shrimp cavatappi pasta (lobster bisque, shiitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, chili flakes and fresh parmesan cheese)
4. Vegetarian (to be designed by the chef)
