
Rachel is a partner at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick, LLP. She practices civil litigation, with a focus on real estate and trust and probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Rachel was an Assistant Public Defender in Collier County where she represented those accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses, and also served as the defense attorney on behalf of the indigent defendants participating in the Drug Court program.
Rachel graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where she graduated cum laude. Rachel is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2008. In addition to serving as the CCWBA’s treasurer, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Bar Association. She also served as the 2013-2014 Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association. Additionally, Rachel is a member of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children’s Planning Advisory Council and a graduate of the Leadership Collier Foundation’s GAIN Class of 2016.
When she is not practicing law, Rachel teaches tap dance, and enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, two children, Zoe and Zac, and their dog, Bruce.
