
Christyna M. She has significant courtroom experience and represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, employment litigation, real estate and property disputes, complex residential and commercial foreclosures, business torts, enforceability of non-compete agreements, and general contract litigation.
Christyna has been licensed to practice law since 2007 and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She joined the firm in 2007 upon receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to that, Christyna had worked at the firm as an intern and summer associate.
Christyna served as President of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association from 2017-2018, and is a former board member and committee chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association. In 2016, Christyna was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. She is a 2012 graduate of the Naples Chamber of Commerce “GAIN” (Growing Associates in Naples) Program and previously served on the scholarship fundraising committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. Christyna is a member of the Trial Lawyers and Business Law sections of the Florida Bar and is also a member of the Michael R. N. McDonnell American Inn of Court.
Christyna graduated with honors from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology specializing in Law, Criminology & Deviance. She was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
