Allison Christensen concentrates her practice in litigation. She embraces the opportunities that litigation presents to resolve disputes among people who are unable to do so themselves. Allison provides strategic counseling and legal advice on a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, real estate and construction contracts, business transactions, business torts, business disputes, will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, guardianship litigation and appeals. Uniquely, Allison also has experience in securities, sports and intellectual property law, which allows her to “issue-spot” and collaborate with other attorneys as needed, to provide customized counsel for her clients and to help them realize their goals.
