Kelly L. Davis is a partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP, primarily practicing in the area of employment law, with an emphasis on employment-related litigation and counseling of employee-related matters. Kelly represents management and assists employers with the investigation and defense of discrimination and harassment charges and lawsuits, litigating wage and hour collective actions, resolving disputes arising from employee separations, establishing new employment and independent contractor relationships, and implementing appropriate strategies and policies for workplace compliance matters.
Kelly is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received dual degrees, with Highest Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University in Journalism and American Studies. Kelly has served on the Board of Directors of the CCWBA for the past three years, including as Secretary in 2013-2014 and Vice President in 2014-2015.
